To deliver coaching for competitive examinations (Maharashtra Police Bharti, MPSC Rajyaseva, Combined Group B/C, and Indian Army Agniveer) and manage academy operations, we collect the following categories of information:
Full name, date of birth, gender, residential address, photograph, Aadhaar / government ID copy for admission verification.
Student mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, parent/guardian contact number for emergency and attendance alerts.
Educational qualification records, target examination batch, daily CBT test scores, attendance logs, and physical test timings.
Tuition and hostel fee receipt numbers, installment schedules, transaction reference IDs (we do NOT store credit/debit card PINs or net-banking passwords).

- Parent Communication: Sending automated SMS/WhatsApp notices regarding exam notifications, attendance, and fee reminders.
- Wall of Fame & Merit Showcases: Celebrating verified exam selections and ranks on our website and academy boards with student consent.

We implement industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect all student and academy data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

- Role-based access control (RBAC): Only authorized administrative staff can access admission databases.

Third-Party Disclosures & Non-Sale Policy
Strict Institutional Stance on Student Privacy:
Phoenix Competitive Academy does NOT sell, trade, rent, or monetize student, parent, or applicant personal contact details to any third-party marketing agencies, telemarketers, or advertising brokers.

- Service Providers: Authorized SMS gateway partners (for OTP and class schedule alerts) and secure payment gateway processors bound by strict confidentiality terms.

Student academic and admission files are retained throughout the active course duration and for a period of up to 5 years following course completion for certificate issuance, verification of defense recruitment credentials, and alumni records. Financial records are preserved according to statutory accounting requirements.
